Chris Hessian
Chris Hessian is a Registered Social Worker - Clinical Specialist, with a wealth of experience in clinical intervention, trauma treatment, and supporting individuals through challenging life circumstances. Chris has honed her skills in trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions that focus on individual healing and systemic change.
In her clinical practice, Chris specializes in helping clients work through complex trauma, mental health crises, and the effects of social inequities. She utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to support healing and personal growth. Chris also offers Emotionally Focused Therapy to help relationships strengthen their emotional bonds, improve communication, and navigate challenges.

Ayan Ismail
Ayan is a Registered Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through person-centered and trauma-informed approaches. With over six years of experience in non-profits and healthcare, Ayan’s practice is grounded in compassion, warmth, and authenticity. She is committed to creating a space where individuals can explore their emotions and experiences without fear of judgment.

Zoe is a Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate, located in Nova Scotia. She has a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Prior to her career as a counselling therapist, Zoe spent 12 years as a performance coach, working in a partnership to help others achieve their individual goals. Zoe has learned how important it is to foster a strong relationship that puts the client’s voice at the forefront of our collaborative journey. She strongly believes each client has untapped strengths within themselves that will begin to blossom during the therapeutic experience.
As integrative therapist, Zoe pulls from several evidence-based modalities to create a treatment experience that is unique to each client. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration.
Her approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Olivia primarily utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), incorporating strength-based and mindfulness practices to support clients in their healing process. She is also expanding her training in Compassion Focused Therapy to help clients cultivate self-acceptance and emotional resilience. Passionate about working with both individuals and couples, she assists clients through life transitions, grief, family conflict, and relationship challenges, including non-monogamy and open relationships.
With experience supporting diverse communities—including Indigenous families and individuals with developmental disorders—Olivia is committed to fostering an inclusive, affirming environment.
